Wonderland Trail wildflowers: Lewis’s monkeyflower growing beside the Wonderland Trail descending to Kautz Creek. Another example of spectacular Mount Rainier wildflowers. This was one of the first wildflowers documented by the Lewis & Clark expedition.  It was later named after Meriweather Lewis.
